We ship via U.S.P.S. or UPS at the actual cost
All orders are subject to availability
Prices are also subject to change without notice
Personal checks are acceptable but must clear before all items are shipped
Bank checks and money orders will assure immediate delivery
We ship only within the United States 

We now except credit cards. But unfortunately a 3.54% charge must be added to the item or items. Due to higher fees associated with inputing card information by hand over the phone. I also cannot hagle on the price if paid by card. I appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Consignments 

We are always taking consignments. We can do single items or whole collections. No collection is too big for us to handle. We take 15% for each item and will work for you to get you the best price possible. There is a $20.00 minimum to list items. Listing prices will be agreed upon before they are listed on the open market. I ask that items be kept up for at least 4-6 months to save me for my time and effort. I send payment as soon as the item is received and inspected by the buyer unless other arrangements are made before hand. You send the items I take care of everything else. I will even consider picking up the item or items if you are within what I consider a resonable distance for me. My schedule and time of year are also factors in that as well.

Layaway policy

We will accept layaway over $250.00 with a 20% deposit of the total sale (including PA state sales tax if shipped within PA), balance to be paid within 60 days, with no interest charged. As soon as monies are paid in full, the item will be shipped within 2 to 3 days. No substitutions and no returns. All layaway payments are non-refundable should you decide to stop payment within the 60 day allotted time.

Our guarantee

All of our relics are authentic and original civil war or possibly earlier. We will accept without question any return that is received within five (5) days of receipt. It must, however, remain in the exact condition as shipped to you and with no cleaning and alterations made to the item, such as cleaning brass or adding oil to leather etc. and must be insured for the full amount of the item. We will refund your original purchased price, less shipping and insurance.
